Can I track my order once it's been shipped by Geekman Unbox?

As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive the tracking link promptly. You can track everything on your account dashboard, and the tracking information will also be sent to your registered mobile number and email.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

How much time does it take for the order to reach me?

It depends on the pin code, but we use the country's best courier partners, and air packages are our top priority. In most cases, it takes around 3-4 days for the product to reach the customer.

My payment failed, the order is not confirmed, but my bank deducted the payment. What should I do?

If your payment failed and the order hasn't been confirmed, but your bank has deducted the payment, don't worry. Sometimes, banks hold the amount temporarily. I want to cancel my order?

I want to return or replace the product?

Sorry to say, but return or replacement is not possible. What if the product is defective? No, that's not possible because we carefully test every product before sending it out. If there's any issue, we don't ship it. If a problem arises later, don't worry. If you have the warranty and bill, you can seek assistance directly from the brand's customer center

What if the product is damaged during shipping or doesn't arrive at my location?

We only use reputed courier services that are masters in handling e-commerce shipments. We also take great care in packaging the product to minimize the chances of damage. If the product doesn't reach you, don't worry. In such cases, we'll assist you fully.
