Return and Refund Policy for Geekman Unbox
Welcome to Geekman Unbox, where we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that your online shopping experience is straightforward and enjoyable. Our Return Policy is designed to be transparent, customer-friendly, and easy to navigate.
Order Cancel:
You may cancel or modify your order within 7 hours of placement or before order shipping. No cancellation requests will be accepted after the 7-hour window or after the order ships.
Refunds for cancelled Prepaid Orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return or Replacement:
We don’t offer returns or replacements for any product. We individually test the product before shipping, so there is no chance that the product has any defects or is not working condition. If we find any problem with the product, we will not list that product in our store.
Returns are accepted only in one case where a product is damaged during shipping. We use a premium courier service for the shipping, so there is a very minimal chance of product damage during shipping.

Any complaint about a damaged or different item delivered must be reported to our Customer Support via mail within 24 hours of delivery; reports filed after this period will not be addressed.
Please capture an unboxing video of your package to facilitate claim verification in case of a Damaged or Different Item Delivered. A reminder sticker to capture the unboxing video will be placed on all packages.
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned in original packaging with all accessories for eligibility. Provide the unboxing video for verification.
For Damaged/lost items, the option is limited to refund only.
